My testimony

I started because I hated the way I looked.
Being called “skinny” and “twig” made me feel powerless.

Like most people, I went to the gym to change my body, but I had no idea it would change so much more than that.

The gym didn’t just transform my physique; it reshaped my mindset, built my discipline, and elevated every area of my life.

But I hit a wall.
I thought I could figure it all out on my own.
I was wrong.

I gained 45 pounds in 9 months, and ended up with pre-diabetes.

That’s when I realized I needed help.
I hired a coach.

And that’s when everything changed.

Working with my coach taught me so much. It inspired me to compete in a bodybuilding show in the summer of 2024.

After that, I wanted to keep learning. I took a course called J3U, focused entirely on bodybuilding, and then earned my personal training certification.

Now, I help others bring their vision to life. Giving them the guidance I once needed myself.

Online Coaching

This is where I help you every step of the way. Giving you 24/7 access to me on my discord, as well as my app that includes custom nutrition plans and workout programs. I use this app to provide constant accountability and help every step of the way.

In person training

This will consist of me building the ideal workout program for you and your unique goals. On top of that during our session I will help you perfect your form for maximum hypertrophic value. AKA the most efficient muscle growth techniques. Note - I work only at Los Campeones, I don’t train anywhere else.
